What is The Arena Challenge Zone?

Each challenge room accommodates up to 6 players at a time.
Larger groups can divide into multiple teams, rotate between available rooms, and change teams throughout the session.
Do we share challenge rooms with other guests?

Before Your Visit
Do I need a reservation?
When should we arrive and what happens if we are late?
Please arrive 10 to 15 minutes before your scheduled reservation so your group has time to check in, complete waivers, receive wristbands, and prepare for the session.
Your session begins at the scheduled reservation time. Late arrivals may receive a shorter gameplay session depending on availability.
Can we extend our session?
What should I wear?
Wear comfortable clothing suitable for physical activity. Athletic shoes are recommended but not required.
If you arrive without athletic shoes, grip socks are available for purchase at check in for $5.
Sandals and flip flops are permitted but are not recommended. High heels and bare feet are not permitted inside the challenge rooms.

Children, Wristbands And Waivers
Is there an age requirement?
Can children play without an adult?
Children under 12 years of age must be accompanied by a responsible adult inside every challenge room at all times.
The accompanying adult must:
- Purchase a gameplay session
- Wear an active gameplay wristband
- Complete a liability waiver
- Remain with the child inside the challenge room
Who needs to complete a waiver?
Every guest entering the challenge room area must complete a liability waiver.
Guests under 18 years of age must have their waiver completed by a parent or legal guardian.
Can non-playing guests come with us?
Yes. Guests without gameplay wristbands are welcome to relax in the lobby, restaurant, party rooms when reserved, and designated seating areas.
Anyone entering the challenge room area must have an active paid gameplay wristband and completed liability waiver.

Food And Drinks
Do you serve food and alcohol?
Yes. Our restaurant serves pizza, wings, appetizers, shareable favorites, desserts, specialty drinks, beer, wine, and more.
You do not need to purchase gameplay admission to visit the restaurant.
Beer and wine are available for guests 21 years of age or older with valid identification.
Can we bring outside food or drinks?
Can we take food or drinks into the challenge rooms?
Can someone play after drinking?

How far in advance should we book a party or group event?

What is your rescheduling and cancellation policy?
More than 24 hours before your reservation:
Receive a full refund to your original payment method or reschedule at no charge.
Within 24 hours:
Reschedule your reservation once at no charge. If you cancel, your refund will be issued as Arena Challenge Zone credit.
