How It Works

Gameplay

What is The Arena Challenge Zone?
The Arena Challenge Zone is an interactive entertainment experience featuring replayable challenge rooms that test teamwork, communication, memory, speed, and skill. Work together, earn points, improve your scores, and unlock higher difficulty levels.
How is The Arena different from an escape room or arcade?
The Arena is a collection of short, replayable challenge rooms. You are not locked in, and you do not have to complete one long story. Each room offers a different physical, mental, teamwork, memory, speed, or skill challenge.
How do the challenge rooms work?
Scan your active gameplay wristband at an available room, follow the instructions on the screen, and enter when your team is ready. Each room has its own objective, timer, and scoring system. You may play the rooms in any order and replay your favorites during your session.
How long does a visit last?
Guests can purchase either a 1 hour or 2 hour gameplay session. Your wristband remains active for the full length of the session you purchased.
Can we play every game?
Most groups have enough time to experience all of our challenge rooms during their session. Since the games are designed to be replayed, many guests also have time to revisit their favorites, improve their scores, and unlock higher difficulty levels.
How many people can play together?

Each challenge room accommodates up to 6 players at a time.

Larger groups can divide into multiple teams, rotate between available rooms, and change teams throughout the session.

Do we share challenge rooms with other guests?
No. Your team will not be combined with another group inside a challenge room. Other guests wait until your attempt is complete.
Can I play by myself?
You may visit by yourself, but most challenge rooms are designed for teams. We recommend at least two players for the best experience.
Are the games timed and do they get harder?
Yes. Each challenge has its own timer and objective. Most rooms also feature multiple difficulty levels. Successfully completing a level may unlock a more difficult version for your next attempt.
Is the experience physical?
The Arena is an active entertainment experience. Games may involve walking, running, jumping, crouching, reaching, throwing, balancing, and other quick movements. Participate only at a level that is comfortable for you.
Are there flashing lights or loud sounds?
Some challenge rooms feature flashing lights, moving lights, music, loud sounds, and other audio or visual effects.

Plan Ahead

Before Your Visit

Do I need a reservation?
Reservations are recommended, especially on weekends and during busy periods. Walk ins are welcome based on availability.
When should we arrive and what happens if we are late?

Please arrive 10 to 15 minutes before your scheduled reservation so your group has time to check in, complete waivers, receive wristbands, and prepare for the session.

Your session begins at the scheduled reservation time. Late arrivals may receive a shorter gameplay session depending on availability.

Can we extend our session?
Additional gameplay time may be purchased at the rate of $10 per hour during your visit when availability allows. Speak with a team member before your wristband expires.
What should I wear?

Wear comfortable clothing suitable for physical activity. Athletic shoes are recommended but not required.

If you arrive without athletic shoes, grip socks are available for purchase at check in for $5.

Sandals and flip flops are permitted but are not recommended. High heels and bare feet are not permitted inside the challenge rooms.

Is parking available?
Parking is available in the shopping center parking lot near The Arena Challenge Zone.
Where can we leave personal belongings?
Complimentary lockers are available for small personal items such as purses, wallets, keys, and phones. Larger belongings should remain with your group while you play. The Arena Challenge Zone is not responsible for lost or unattended items.
Can we take photos and videos?
Yes. Photos and videos are welcome as long as they do not interfere with gameplay, create a safety concern, or disturb other guests.

Families And Entry

Children, Wristbands And Waivers

Is there an age requirement?
The Arena is designed primarily for older children, teens, and adults. Younger children are welcome with their families, but some games may be difficult for them to complete.
Can children play without an adult?

Children under 12 years of age must be accompanied by a responsible adult inside every challenge room at all times.

The accompanying adult must:

  • Purchase a gameplay session
  • Wear an active gameplay wristband
  • Complete a liability waiver
  • Remain with the child inside the challenge room
Who needs to complete a waiver?

Every guest entering the challenge room area must complete a liability waiver.

Guests under 18 years of age must have their waiver completed by a parent or legal guardian.

Can non-playing guests come with us?
