Arrive Early

Sign Waivers
Every guest entering the challenge room area must complete a liability waiver before entering.
Active Wristband
Everyone entering the challenge rooms must have an active gameplay wristband, even if they do not plan to play.
Dress To Play
Wear comfortable clothing. Athletic shoes are recommended.
Challenge Room Access
For the safety of our guests, everyone entering the challenge room area must have an active gameplay wristband and a completed liability waiver, regardless of whether they plan to participate in the games or simply watch.
Guests who do not have an active wristband are welcome to stay in our lobby, restaurant, party rooms, and designated seating areas.
What To Expect
The Arena Challenge Zone is an active entertainment experience. Please review the information below before your visit.
Interactive Games
Most games are designed for players of all skill levels. Some games may have accessibility limitations. Please speak with a team member if you require accommodations.
Physical Activity
Games may involve walking, running, jumping, crouching, reaching, throwing, balancing, and quick movements. Please participate only at a level that is comfortable for you.
Lights & Sounds
Some games feature flashing lights, moving lights, loud sounds, music, and other audio/visual effects.
Children Under 14
Children under 14 years of age must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
Waiver Requirement
All participants and all guests entering the challenge room area must complete a liability waiver before entering. Guests under 18 years of age must have their waiver completed by a parent or legal guardian.
Food & Beverages
- Outside food and beverages are not permitted.
- Food and beverages purchased inside the facility must remain in designated dining areas and party rooms.
- Beer and wine are available for guests 21+ with valid identification.
- Guests who appear to be under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or other intoxicating substances may be refused admission or participation without refund.
Attire
- Wear comfortable clothing suitable for physical activity.
- Athletic shoes are recommended.
- Sandals and flip-flops are permitted but not recommended.
- High heels and bare feet are not permitted.
- Socks are available for purchase at check-in.

When should we arrive?
Please arrive 10–15 minutes before your scheduled reservation time so your group can check in, complete waivers, and get ready for your session.
What happens if we are late?
Your session begins at the scheduled reservation time. Late arrivals may have a shorter play session depending on availability.
Can we play every game?
You can move between available games during your session. Some games may have short waits during busy times, and some games may not be suitable for every guest.
Can someone enter the challenge rooms without playing?
For the safety of our guests, everyone entering the challenge room area must have an active gameplay wristband and a completed liability waiver, even if they do not plan to participate in the games.
Guests who simply want to watch, relax, or enjoy food and drinks are welcome to stay in our lobby, restaurant, party rooms, and designated seating areas without purchasing a gameplay session.
Can we take photos?
Yes. Photos and videos are welcome as long as they do not interfere with gameplay, safety, or other guests.
Can we bring a cake?
For birthday parties, guests may bring a birthday cake to enjoy in the party room. Outside meals and beverages are not permitted.

Receive a full refund to your original payment method or reschedule your reservation at no charge.
Within 24 Hours
Reschedule your reservation once at no charge. If you cancel, your refund will be issued as Arena Challenge Zone credit.
